How do I Book?
We take over the phone, email and reservation system bookings.
All flights must be paid for prior to the departure date.
Your helicopter will not be secured for your flight until the flight has been paid in full.
Why do you need our names and weights?
We require the full names and contact details of each person flying for the passenger manifest.
Weights are required as each helicopter has a safe lifting capacity. In the event that your weights exceed the safe lifting capacity you may be charged extra for a larger helicopter. This fee must be payed prior to flight departing.

We monitor the weather days prior to all flights.
Please note that bad weather such as low cloud, strong winds, thunderstorms , any other inclement weather may ground the helicopter.

Do you Cater for People with disabilities?
Yes, we do cater to people with disabilities. People that are visually impaired, suffer hearing loss, are in wheelchairs, have walking difficulties, or special needs are able to fly.
As always, there are some limitations. All people flying must…
- Be able to hold their body weight up into the seat
- Be able to traverse uneven or soft ground in some cases.
- Not interfere with flight operations
- Not be physically aggressive towards staff or other guests
Wheelchairs and other walking aids must be able to be secured in the baggage compartment of the helicopter. This may increase costs due to the type and size of the helicopter required.
Last minute Cancellations?
We understand that last-minute emergencies do occur. However, when you book a helicopter, this helicopter is attached to your flight and cannot be utilised by another guest.
Any booking that is cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
