A cool climate vineyard, with granitic soil and good rainfall, is ideal for Pinot Noir growth. Environmentally friendly the vineyard is farmed with the use of organic compost and biodynamic principles without the use of chemical pesticides or herbicides. The vines and fruit are hand pruned and picked to ensure only the best grapes are used in the winemaking process.
